This exclusive Daintree waterfall tour takes you to the magical Cassowary Falls. This stunning rainforest waterfall tumbles over the hill above, falling 15m down to a deep, cool, pool of fresh water which is surrounded by lush vegetation. Towering trees provide shade and mossy rocks with ferns are the perfect place to soak up the serenity of your surrounds. Ours is the only group here. The waterfall and array of birds provide the soundtrack. You can participate in fish feeding, with the resident school of Jungle Perch, Turtles and Eels. Swim, explore or just relax. Please note there is easy water access at Cassowary Falls, which is only a 15 metre walk, from where the tour vehicle parks. [See image at top of page.]

Our 2.5 hour small group tour also includes an Army Truck rainforest ride, Bush Tucker and farm fruit tasting (seasonal) and of course, swimming and time at the magnificent Cassowary Falls.
The Gateway to Cassowary Falls property is an amazing living landscape. 60 acres of pristine rainforest, descends from the hills and mountains to merge seamlessly with 100 acres of lush pasture, which supports around 100 head of cattle. There’s numerous waterways, which you’ll cross during your 2.5 hour Cassowary Falls tour, home to Eastern Water Dragons, Turtles and more. Hosted and guided by passionate locals, you’ll learn about some of the most interesting and ancient rainforest plants that have grown here for hundreds of thousands of years, with informative, interpretive rainforest commentary provided during your journey to Cassowary Falls.
